Comics artists Reilly Brown (Deadpool, Outrage) and George O'Connor (Olympians) spin silly and sinister suppositional scenarios while stranded at sea. Hypothetically speaking, it's a great time. Also, as comics creators, they talk geek stuff with their geeky guests, who are also pretty much all comics creators too. Comics!

As a comic book enthusiast (AKA NEEEERRRRRRRDD!) I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Each episode is a whos’s who of names that are doing interesting work in the industry. Creatives and fans alike will enjoy the entertaining geek-fest as each episode is simultaneously a biography and a deep dive into the creative process behind the work. more
In the category of podcasts that don’t take themselves too seriously, this one is my absolute favorite. There is a lot of interesting talk about comics, graphic novels, and publishing, in this show, but also about legos, Masters of the Universe, cleaning furniture with sand, Greek gods, The Joker, George’s cats, crying and laughing ghosts, and everything else —except wombats. I am hoping they will mention wombats in an upcoming show. Listen to this podcast, it will make you smarter and happie... more
This podcast needs to be a part of everybody’s weekly podcast regimen. My week is not complete without it, and yours won’t be either.
I laughed out loud so much listening to this podcast that my husband asked me what was going on. The titular thought challenge that opens each show is so silly and great. Followed by really interesting interviews it was an instant subcribe for me. If you ever wanted to know what it's like hanging out with comic artists, this is it.
A great balance of silliness and serious comic book industry conversation. And oddly enough, you can learn more about the creative guests from the silly hypothetical scenarios than the industry insider conversations! Highly recommended! more
