  • Great information on IT / technology, running a business, and how to be a good employee & human while using technology.

I especially loved the mental health episodes and tech with teens.

  • Mental Health is for everyone

As a non-techie person I wasn’t sure that I would find anything in a podcast about IT that would relate to me. The two part episode on mental health was full of great information for anyone in any field. It was good to get a reminder that little mental health breaks are vital to staying focused and efficient no matter what you do.
