お久しぶりになってしまいました！すっかり夏になりましたが、私はここ最近8年分くらいの日記や写真を振り返って、当時の気持ちを振り返る作業をしています。
時間はかかるけど、あの時すでにこんなことを思っていたんだなとか、ちゃんとその時に思い描いていたことが現実になっているよとか、過去の私に今の私が会いに行ってあげて寄り添って、またそれをノートに書くことは、今すごく必要な作業だなと思ってます。

昔は大きく心を揺さぶられる出来事が続くと「わかってほしい」と冷静になる前にぶつけていました。
Threadsで見かけたある投稿で愚痴や不満の奥にはその人から透けてみえる「わかってほしい、声かけて」という承認欲求が隠れていることに気がつき、自分にも当てはまることを思い知りました。
