  • Hospitality with Hannah & Michael

I have known these two for over sixteen years.

From the early days of Michael’s comedy and then being cast in my production of OTHELO as Montano. To Hannah with her PR and promoting my sister-in-law’s bar restaurant to coming in to help me and Stavro’s at KELARI Taverna. Five seasons and books that will set you right in this crazy industry. Well done and worth the listen.

Hey I have thirty five years in this business from executive chef, master mixologist to distribution.

    Tune in here!

  • Hanna Lee has always been forward-thinking

... in hospitality. No single individual has done as much to celebrate and shape the creativity of NYC’s restaurant and bar landscape.

There’s no doubt that Hanna will help lead the recovery of the city’s dining landscape.

And yes, I’m very much looking forward (couldn’t help it!) to hearing the insights she’ll be sharing on this podcast.
