  • Best auto based podcast, period!

Maurice does a wonderful job, regardless of the guest or subject. He does his homework and never runs out of questions.

Excellent production value with none of the annoying repetitious phrases or words, or very irritating unleveled sound volumes.

A job well done………if you are into cars, this one is a MUST!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Bradley Price of Autodromo
Q: What was the moment you realized you wanted to build a watch company rather than pursue another idea?
The realization came after a long process of considering other concepts (like a food truck) and recognizing that a wearable car-related product would uniquely combine his design strengths with his passion for cars.
Bradley Price of Autodromo
Q: Why do you choose Group B as a central theme, and how does it influence the dial and materials?
Group B represented the pinnacle of tech and materials in the era; the dial design borrows from Lancia 037 gauges with a three‑dimensional, high-contrast look, and the use of aerospace materials like titanium highlights the era's lightness.
Bradley Price of Autodromo
Q: How do you start designing a watch — sketches, movement, materials?
The process starts with a time period or reference point, then CAD and dial art run in parallel to map out case size, dial layout, and movement constraints before finalizing proportional relationships.
Car and Driver's Elana Scherr
Q: What is the best everyday enthusiast's car on the market now?
Elana recommended the Miata and the BRZ for entry-level fun cars, moving up to the Civic Type R and M2 for higher budgets, and concluded that the Porsche Cayman is unbeatable in its category.
The Spectacle of SEMA (With Tom Gattuso)
Q: What can we expect at SEMA 2025?
Expect a lot of new product innovations and exciting vehicle builds that will showcase the ongoing evolution of the automotive industry.
