I grieve that so many women have a skewed picture of God because of the failings of their earthly fathers (myself included!) but I am so thankful that there is healing. This is a great resource!
I came across your podcast through an email in which I had received. I have struggled since my early teens, recognizing the signs of the strongholds my father had placed upon myself and my family. Not an easy task growing up in an abusive home both mentally and physically, not to mention spiritually-as he'd manipulate others around him at church to make them think he was a God-fearing, good family Christian man while all a long mentally and physically abusing my momma, brother, and I.
