Im getting caught up on the episodes from 2023 and a lot of the talking points are still relevant. Especially, people needing to learn the power in shutting the (beep) up. As someone who wanted community, I realized how ego driven a lot of practitioners come off. I chose to practice and learn alone and in silence. I’m excited to get caught now !
