I had really bad trouble sleeping for years. I would always go to bed and take atleast 40 minutes-1 hour to go to bed. That was until I found these bedtime stories a few years ago. Now, I can just simply go to Apple Podcasts and listen, and then sleep. My only problem with this is the amount of money.
