I have been meaning to leave a review for this podcast because I am constantly listening to it at work and am so in love! After every episode, I feel happier, calmer, more inspired, and motivated to take action in my life! Kristina is so genuine and positive, you feel like you’re on a coffee date with your best friend. I love all her tips and tricks, the variety of content and special guest speakers, it all keeps me coming back for the next episode!
