  • I don’t get it

    I listened to the episodes so far and I have to say: I don’t get it. The episodes are just meandering, not particularly thoughtful chat about a beloved comic book run. Is there new insight into these stories? Not really. If the intent is to be a comedy podcast, I guess sometimes it’s funny but generally not. Are we examining these stories through a trans/queer lens? Maybe in the most shallow of ways. There’s a bit in an earlier episode where Becca tries to ask if they should hold off on waiting ... more
