This episode was great and it got me thinking about more of the guest leadership style. What got my attention was lead with love. Also loved that she said that you can learn from a women because there are guys that believe that they can not learn from a woman when that is not true. Going from sport to career is a great highlight of the athletes journey. It is purposeful and it tells the stories of success as well as some speed bumps in the road. ‘Hear K Tell’ has full filled her assignment of sharing the arena of athletes, male and female. Each individual has a testimony and the questions presented to them was thoroughly thought out with clarity.
