气候变化导致的极端天气事件的频发给电力供应造成了越来越大的压力，如何增强电力系统韧性成为美国一些州的决策开始关注的议题。战略与国际研究中心（Center for Strategic & International Studies，CSIS）于2022年5月发布了一份研究报告，梳理了美国各州对电力系统韧性的看法及目前电力系统韧性评估框架的研究，并对如何使用新技术（储能、微电网等）提高电力系统韧性提出了建议。在本期的解读中，我们也将探讨美国加州的电力系统韧性的评估框架对于中国有什么启示。
