情報があふれる時代に、何を信じるか。
AI に聞けば、統計的に最もありそうな答えが返ってきます。しかし、それが自分にとっての正解とは限りません。
大切なのは、自分が「80点以上」だと信じられる状態を、どうつくるか。

最近、「復習の習慣」について考えています。
きっかけは、Amazon のおすすめに出てきた一冊の本。そこから致知のメルマガ、そして昔聞いた講演会へと、記憶がつながりました。
学生時代は当たり前にやっていた復習の習慣を、大人になった私たちはいつの間にか手放しているかもしれません。

昨日、遠方から人が訪ねてきてくれました。
14 時に会って夜 22 時に別れるまで、ほぼノンストップで 8 時間。仕事、家庭、子育て、これからの社会のことなど、濃密な会話を楽しみました。
その中でもらった一言によって、私がずっと保留にしてきた問いに答えを出すことができました。

先日の第 78 回放送にて、「人生最大のリスクは何か？」というテーマで話をしました。
収録後も「証券口座などの乗っ取り対策は本当に大丈夫か？」という不安が残っていたのですが、調べたところ「適切な対策を取れば（よっぽど）大丈夫」と考えるに至りました。

今回は、最近の私の重要テーマである「お金を使う力」について語ります。
いまの私は独立 4ヶ月目。家を買ったばかりで、第三子は生後 6 ヶ月です。普通に考えれば、お金を積極的に使うときではないかもしれません。
一方で、「今しかできない経験」も間違いなくあります。私も子どもも、確実に年を重ねます。

昨日、4 月から通っていたジムのパーソナルトレーニングが終わりました。
