2012年9月，南京托乐嘉美食街的环卫工李大爷在垃圾桶里连续多天发现同款黑色垃圾袋，里面装着淋了酱油和番茄酱的炸肉块。他直觉肉质纹理不对，果断报警。
警方勘查确认：这是人体组织，共47袋、32kg，被高温烹制、切成3-5cm小块，关节分离干净，手法专业。法医鉴定死者为20-25岁女性，身高165cm左右，未生育，部分尸块有冷冻痕迹。头颅缺失。
