2013年5月10日清晨，江苏常州某公园人工湖内发现一具女尸。死者为27岁的廖红霞，衣着整齐、佩戴首饰，系溺水身亡。其丈夫李良报案后痛哭，称妻子当晚外出练习新买的电动车，可能发生意外。
