愛する者を失う時…というタイトルの当教会の牧師の説教をポッドキャストで聞いた。アブラハムは妻サラに先立たれ、思う存分悲しんだ。先生は言う。悲しい時には思いっきり悲しみましょう。悲しむ者は幸いです。その人は慰められるからです。悲しむということは、自分を不安定な状況に置くことだから、覚悟がいることです。…まあ！先生、わかってくれてる。ありがとう、先生。私も随分死別は経験してきた。最も悲しいのは、他ならぬ母の死、父の死だ。愛犬の死もかなり辛かった。あと、悲しかったのは、55歳まで結婚できなかったこと（35年祈った…長いのなんのって）。付き合っていた人が死んだという経験もした。でも、今は、主イエスさまに慰められている。長い長い道のりだった。これからは、イエスさまに、complete surrender…それが一番幸せな道だから、私は、ちょっとだけピアノを弾くが、今、私の関心は、上手に弾くことよりも、弾くことが祈りになるように…ということ。
