De allierede sender flyvere indover Falster og kaster våben ned til modstandsgrupperne. Elias Olsen opretter to våbenlagre ved Møllesø, hvor de mange våben skal gemmes.
Elias Olsen ved ingenting om våben eller krig. Alligevel kaster han sig i al hemmelighed ind i frihedskampen hen mod krigens slutning. Hans beretning leder os på sporet af, hvorfor en stor bunke mortergranater endte i Møllesø på Falster.
