这期节目我聊的是一本刷新我对“运动”理解的书：《锻炼》。读完后我意识到，很多现代人的健康问题根本不是“病”，而是身体在抗议我们不合理的生活方式。
利伯曼提出的观点颠覆又安慰人：讨厌运动是正常的，祖先也是被“逼着动”的。久坐是危险的，肌肉是身体的保险，动得刚刚好比强得要命更重要。而我们现代人不该自责，而应该重设“动”的意义。
