  • Journaling is a good intervention

As a psychotherapist bibliotherapy is an effective intervention because it helps individuals process emotions, develop self awareness, and gain new perspectives through literature. Also, providing a safe and structured way to explore difficult situations. Keep producing good habits so we all can see better outcomes! Thanks for this podcast
