I found the host (Puneet) had a nice style to tee up the guest and let them loose. This allows them to get into their comfort zone and reflect, which brings the inner person to the conversation. Of course the risk is that the guest would keep rambling. Puneet was able to politely nudge the conversation back to the lane. IMHO she can be a bit more assertive at times.
