the primers were interesting and funny, but the most recent episodes during mid 2024-2025 are just small talk and occasional references to sports headline without any substance. So heads up expect mostly comedy snd minimal informative content about sports.
This podcast used to be one of my favorite podcasts, second only to Distractible. I used to not be interested in sports at all but learning the history of the various sports is interesting, and the way Mark and Tyler teach it makes it fun. However these guys made the same mistake many other entertainers have made, they gave their political opinions instead of just focusing on entertaining us. This is one of my favourite podcasts. It’s apart of my weekly routine to listen to it. I know very little about sports and I find this show so easily digestible and wide reaching enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend it more!!!
