Great stuff, loads of value!
I just listened to the first episode which I had been excited about being released for a while. I really enjoyed the two guests and their perspective on mental toughness combined with their experience. Keep it up Kai! I’ll be catching up with the rest of the episodes today.
Hey Kai,
I’m a big fan boy of yours. Always have been since the muscle meds days.
Episode 2 was a bit annoying because of the email alert sound every now and then!
I’m a mailman here in uk and it’s great to listen to as I’m working.
Keep up the podcasts!
Dan
Man, your show is very motivating, I really enjoyed the episodes. Keep it up looking forward to the next one.
I have always absolutely found myself entranced every time Kai speaks. He is extremely inspiring not only physically but in his mindset and how he portrays and conveys the importance of positivity and drive. This podcast is beyond worth 5 stars and I will stick with it as long as Kai has something to say. Especially being an aspiring bodybuilder myself.
That being said, I am writing this midway through episode two and I do have to add the audio quality is extremely poor. Very echoey, and it cut... more

It was well done , excellent work and good choice of subject 👏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾

But I’m positive Kai will figure out how to perfect this an... more
I found this interview very interesting. The Navy Seals are special people. The paths they took to become seals and the training process they endured was commendable. Thank you for your service and your continued support of our veterans.
