These guys go into bat for what true community is. GT is a podcast I rarely miss due to its wide range of interesting guests and deep dive into community building experience. Bailey and the correspondents have a wonderful and succinct method of interviewing to better understand community building as well as drawing out the human stories. Also having previously been a guest, I can say it’s one of the best podcasts experience as a guest I’ve had. Consistently worth a listen.
Appreciated hearing about this episode from the crew at Digital Church Planting from UMC. The podcast helped me think a bit more about the communities our people want to build rising out of the Corona ashes.
Like On Being for answering the big questions of building community, this show gives voice, space, and honor to precisely what we need most in this life: connecting meaningfully with others. Bailey, Kevin, and Kai are devoted, experienced professionals in these realms and still: they uncover fresh truths through considerate research and real-time realness with a myriad of beautiful souls and communities. You’ll feel even clearer about your own values, and even more committed to your tribes.
Interviews about “story, strategy, & structure” intentional communities and the folks building them!
Like “How I built this” with more personality. Also, instead of ‘startups you know’, the subjects are delightful communities that you might not have known.
I love this podcast! In a society that values individualism so highly, it’s nice to be reminded that community matters, and building it is possible!
