este podcast es una excelente puerta de ingreso al mundo del criado de insectos para la producción de proteinas alternativas. Reportajes a lideres cientificos en la materia dan una visión muy acabada de la realidad actual del sector. A great job of consistent science popularization in the insects rearing industry!
Interesting topics and episodes that takes me a break from leadership and self-development podcasts. Will make you think about the possibilities of insects in sustainability. Talk about getting the bug. Awesome content, man!
Having worked with insect agriculture for a decade this series is a great lineup of heavy-hitters doing important and illuminating research. I’ll admit my bias, but I would definitely recommend this podcast for anyone who is remotely curious about insects for food, feed, fiber, fuel or fertilizer, and the massive economic, environmental and health impacts they can have on our growing populations.
Careful in listening to this podcast cause you might caught the bug like me! The episodes so far are great time and high quality. Another great podcast to add to your list.
