Getting outside with your kids has SO many benfits. I like how Kate and Jennifer are taking on this project and encouraging more families to have purposeful time outdoors.
I have picked up so many fantastic tips about getting outside more with my little ones, and have been inspired to push ourselves a bit (more hikes, camping), which our whole family has loved!
This podcast is so much fun! The hosts have lots of great stories and they really inspire me to try new things with my kids.
Love how honest Jen and Kate are. Lots of great tips mixed in with humour and sharing behind the scenes. I look forward to it each week!
