Nu må vi se hvor længe jeg hænger på, for indtil videre har det været en halvsløj affære. Interessante emner, som jeg bestemt har lært af. Dog mangler jeg struktur og interviewerfinesse. Dernæst er der noget ubegrundet snobberi jeg ikke kan holde ud i afsnittet om salt. Den helt fine salt kritiseres, mens det samtidig forklares at på miniral-niveau er det et renere produkt og funktionsmæssigt kan sammenlignes med flagesalt. Hvorfor så være sur på fint salt? Den slags snobberi orker jeg ikke.
