「好久不見。停更了兩個多月，我去了日本與那國島潛水，成功挑戰追錘頭鯊，算是又人生解鎖了一項任務，因為忙著調整工作上的步調、也經歷了一些讓我必須先放下麥克風的事。
但我還是回來了。
因為我想起了當初為什麼開始做這個頻道，我希望自己走過的那些彎路、那些摸索，可以給一些還沒找到方向的女性，一點希望。

好久不見，停更了四個星期，我都跑去哪了呢？
這四個星期，除了忙工作、忙照顧生病的孩子，我還去了趟上海，接著我帶著孩子去了北海道滑雪過新年。
每天穿著厚重雪衣、在雪地裡跌倒、等待、重來。
有崩潰、有吵架、有疲憊，也有大笑與擁抱。
我發現，真正讓我累的，從來不是行程，
而是我心裡那個想當「完美媽媽」的聲音，
