前陣子在 Threads 上看到很多人討論「30歲前／40歲前該知道什麼」，我也忍不住想加入這個話題。因為站在現在的生活狀態回頭看，我更確定：40歲其實是一個很重要的分水嶺——職涯、家庭、身體、責任同時疊在身上，上有老、下有小，像夾心餅乾一樣什麼都得扛。

2025 年的最後一集，我想為 41 歲的自己做一個總結。
今年的我用兩個詞形容：豐富，以及平衡。
我解鎖了好多「第一次」：學滑雪、學潛水、從零開始經營自媒體、錄 Podcast、學剪輯；也完成了放在心裡很久的夢想清單：去了祕魯。但同時，今年我也做了一個很大的「減法」：結束經營多年的實體店。
聽起來好像很通透？其實沒有。我依然會被青春期孩子惹到理智線斷裂，依然會嚴格、會碎念、會爆炸。所以這集我想聊的，是一個很真實的 41 歲：在開始與結束之間，學著把自己穩住；不完美，但很富足。
