This is a post-game show podcast. The hosts roll with their thoughts on what just happened in their play, and there’s a lot of insight. A bunch of buds with a lot of years in gaming calling each game as they see it.
It’s refreshing to hear hosts disagree, and to not feel obligated to say what they think people will want to hear. This is the real deal.
Found games from the cellar when they reviewed one of my favorite podcasts board game barrage. This podcast has me hooked immediately when I saw they covered heroscape one of the three games that introduced me to the hobby 15 years ago.
I like their fun and somewhat different format of simply playing a game together and then recording their post game huddle feels like a conversation I might have with my own gaming group. Cozy show.
This is a bunch of guys just post-gaming their gameplay, focusing on what games do well, and what games do poorly. They clearly have a few titles under the belts and that experience shows up in their commentary. They don't always agree, which is a surprising change from the normal schtick in this subject.Fair warning -- you'll want to buy, and some of the games they cover are hard to find!

Was introduced to this by Chris and was blown away by the show. Can’t wait to hear what other games get played in the future!
