  • Hard to follow

I don’t use Spotify and only get audio on Apple podcasts. It’s obvious that the teacher is writing and referencing visual aids which creates large gaps where nothing seems to be happening to the audio listener. Instead of fading out the intro music it is left to play through the entire episode which is very distracting. Prior to the addition of video it was much easier to follow.

  • Quick and informative

Although lessons don’t last more than 5 or 6 minutes, it easily explains important concepts of Japanese language. I find it very useful :)

  • Mixed way too quiet

Poor tonal quality; sound mix is too quiet for listening practice. Staring to hear.

  • Fun Japanese Listening

This is a great podcasts Japanese learners can use to improve their listening skills! There are five short conversations. The woman speaks slowly enough for me to understand her, and she will repeat (quicker) the dialogue.

  • Love it

I love this podcast because there is not a lot of English in it to throw me off. Also the speaker is Japanese so it is more authentic. She speaks slow enough that I can figure out what she is saying. And repeat most of it. I wish there were more of these!
