Excellent small lessons which are easy to fit in to my day and to practice multiple times. Easy to understand. The background music is too distracting though, I find myself listening to the tune.
I don’t use Spotify and only get audio on Apple podcasts. It’s obvious that the teacher is writing and referencing visual aids which creates large gaps where nothing seems to be happening to the audio listener. Instead of fading out the intro music it is left to play through the entire episode which is very distracting. Prior to the addition of video it was much easier to follow.

Although lessons don’t last more than 5 or 6 minutes, it easily explains important concepts of Japanese language. I find it very useful :)
Poor tonal quality; sound mix is too quiet for listening practice. Staring to hear.

This show centers on practical Japanese language learning through short listening activities, cultural insights, and linguistic explanations. Episodes frequently explore nuanced concepts like shoshin, sentence-ending particles, and culturally rooted terms, blending language tips with psychology and neuroscience to help learners feel and use Japanese more naturally. A notable strength is the author's ability to connect everyday language with deeper cultural meaning, while keeping episodes accessible for beginners and steadily advancing to more sophisticated topics.
