Hello, fellow Marxists! Welcome to the final episode of Full Marx. This week we basically turned the show over to our listeners and let them decide what we would talk about this week. Lots of people wanted us to cover the brothers’ post-Marx Brothers... more
Hello, everyone! Well, here it is: our final “Marx Brothers” film. We put “Marx Brothers” in quotation marks because is this really a Marx Brothers film? Answer: sort of? Other answer: Not a very satisfying one! But David and Ian still have some opin... more

Good until the virtue signalling starts. Why’d you have to ruin your own podcast with lectures on political correctness? Are you some kind of woke preacher? I’m referring to the bore who didn’t like Duck Soup. The other guy was good and seemed like a genuine fan of the Marx Brothers. His cohost, the special flower, got offended by ducks swimming in a soup pot. This is why the West is dead.
If you love the Marx Brothers films or just want to learn about, arguably, the greatest comedy teams in film, this is the podcast to listen to. Insightful, funny and with such a love for Chico, Harpo, Groucho, occasionally Zeppo and very occasionally Gummo it is an absolute treasure. Made me want to watch all the films again... even the ones critics tell me not to.
I loved this Podcast. I love the thorough analysis; which made revisiting these films a great joy. Thank you for all of your efforts!
Why would someone host a show and claims that he has not watched all the Marx brothers movies. What??? more
Love this so much
