Our almost-7 year old loves these stories and has listened to them multiple times. They are especially great for driving, when he is quiet and attentive to the story, and enjoys talking about them afterward.
The sound design adds to the experience, complementing the vocal storytelling, and adding touches of music or sound effects. We like that the storytelling prioritizes the voice of the storyteller.
