Why is sin minimized at Flatirons? Seems to minimize Jesus and God’s sovereign sacrifice and mercy. We should all fall on our knees daily for His mercy and it should drive us to live lives that honor Him with our gratitude. A few verses sprinkled into a sermon set on practically is shallow compared to uplifting Our Lord and how we should humbly accept what He did for our sins. That knowledge comes from digging into what God says in His word.His word should be the essence of a sermon. Not a topic... more
