Und was ich mich auch noch gefragt habe, wie organisiert man sich, wenn man wächst. Wie sieht der Alltag bei 5, 10, 50 Einheiten aus?

Für jeden Laien absolut nicht zu empfehlen- Profis können drüber lachen oder müssen die Immobilien mit hohen Renditen einkaufen um solche Cashflows zu generieren!
