The characters catch your interest. You feel like you know them and can get a cup of coffee or a haircut with everyone. And Mrs. Shorter is a hoot! We look forward to each new episode.

Except for two characters, Tracy's hairdresser friend and employee respectively, every character here is a terrible person. Not quirky. Terrible. I come away with the impression that Tracy should never have returned because her customers, her old friend, and her family are all not worth the time.
