  • Yikes! (and thanks for the eye opener 😁)

So much of what Monica shares resonates with me. (Total control freak in order to feel safe here!) I just listened to her L.O.V.E.R. Method episode and all I was thinking was, yes! Yes exactly! OMG, I do that too… yikes! No wonder I feel the way I feel... I love how practical and empowering her advice is. You can implement new practices and ways of being instantly. Thank you, Monica 🩷

  • Monica embodies her story in a beautiful and captivating way.

I started listening to this podcast in December of 2024 and found it at the perfect time. As I’ve been studying to be a health coach (and hormone healer) it was so nice to find someone who speaks so openly about the feminine space as it wasn’t talked about enough where I was listening before. Monica has a fascinating story and a great way of story telling, and her podcast (and a couple of her masterclasses) have been so nice to have !

  • EXPANDING listening to every episode!

When I found Monica, I thought some of the things I felt, believed in and wanted to speak out about were “wrong” or crazy but Monica always managed to say what I have been feeling and thinking on so many topics and it just feels like a breath of fresh air away from the online “feminine flow” coaching! Thank you for speaking your truth and through that give me the confidence and courage to do so! I feel expanded everytime I listen to an episode
