Honestly, hearing and seeing Monicas content for the first time I was like: gosh, ugh, what even is this. I hate this woman. She has so much clarity when speaking her teachings.
Well, two years later - here is me, devouring her every episode.
Monica keeps hitting the nail on the head with her content. She blends deep knowledge, actionable steps (no bla bla you can also find on ChatGPT) with personal stories and insights and honestly, it is the perfect podcast for any women wanting to find back... more
I first found Monica when I was going through my divorce. I was feeling so lost, I just blew up my whole existence. Coincidentally the first episode I listened to was about quantum leaping and how your circumstances can feel absolutely chaotic before what’s meant for you is called in (she obviously describes it better). So with that in mind, I learned to lean into the chaos and my life CHANGED. After some time, I took her lessons and took a step back from her content to make sure that I could ac... more
I found Monica years ago but it was only till recently that I’ve been diving into her material (podcast/masterclass). I love her take on feminine embodiment as being your true self - that just sparked so much for me and felt so deeply true, a nugget I’ve known all along but was waiting for someone to say. I’m thinking about going to her Immersion and I’m really excited to continue to learn from her :)
This is the first review I’ve ever left for a podcast, and it’s because Monica’s is my FAVORITE. She is so clear in the way she communicates and how she explains things just click for me! I have been going back and re-listening to her episodes on the gut (homework before the gut class she offers) and they are just so incredibly actionable and I felt an energetic shift just by listening to her viewpoints. Couldn’t recommend this podcast and Monica’s work more!
The topics Monica talks about are SO relevant for women today and the struggles we face. I leave so many episodes learning something new about myself, how I want to navigate a specific challenge, or just general good-to-know knowledge. I love that her website has the podcast directory so that I can filter down to binge a ton of episodes on something that is relevant to me at that moment.
This podcast hooked me to joining a program and I have ZERO regrets. You’ll seriously love this podcast!
