  • Monica embodies her story in a beautiful and captivating way.

I started listening to this podcast in December of 2024 and found it at the perfect time. As I’ve been studying to be a health coach (and hormone healer) it was so nice to find someone who speaks so openly about the feminine space as it wasn’t talked about enough where I was listening before. Monica has a fascinating story and a great way of story telling, and her podcast (and a couple of her masterclasses) have been so nice to have !

  • EXPANDING listening to every episode!

When I found Monica, I thought some of the things I felt, believed in and wanted to speak out about were “wrong” or crazy but Monica always managed to say what I have been feeling and thinking on so many topics and it just feels like a breath of fresh air away from the online “feminine flow” coaching! Thank you for speaking your truth and through that give me the confidence and courage to do so! I feel expanded everytime I listen to an episode

Once her nuggets clicked for me though, holy heck did my life change drastically in the most incredible and beautiful way.

Monica is the biggest advocate for her community creating their dream realities and coming home to themselves, and so because of this she gives so generously in every episode fr... more

  • Life changing

I’ve been listening to this podcast consistently for 4 years. It has truly changed my life, and I don’t say that lightly. It has also lead me to working with Monica in her containers. Her view points on femininity, how to actually run a supportive business, have changed my life. Every woman should be listening to this podcast & applying what she says!
