- 扇飛老師的身體轉化。
推薦大家有時間或是睡前，跟著老師的聲音做身體及心靈的放鬆練習。
我單純聽老師的聲音就開始想睡覺了，不是內容太無聊，是老師的聲音給人放鬆的感覺，當初老師帶領冥想的時候，我就希望老師可以轉門錄一些相關的音檔，讓我需要的時候可以聽。
老師第一個主題是焦慮，我想這是現代人不管男女老少都會有的情況。
我認同老師說的，我們腦袋的理智沒有告訴我們，但是仔細感受，身體會告訴你，你累了該休息。或是你太緊繃了，該放鬆。這同時也是給我們自己一個機會，解開身體及心靈的結。
最後跟著音檔做一次，不知不覺會放鬆，開始想睡覺。
