  • Availability isn’t Alignment

    Thank you, Effie, for the important message. It really got me thinking about how some of my relationships do not align with who I am authentically. I often hold back and agree, just to please others or to avoid conflict. This is no way to live. It’s dishonest and stressful, and I plan to attempt to start living my life in a way that will be much more freeing—saying and doing what I really want. On a separate note, Effie has a beautiful soothing, calming voice!
