承浩在台灣畢業於中興大學的農業相關科系。畢業後，他在台灣工作四、五年，在有機農場負責行銷工作，也做有機農夫，之後又在會展公司有三年的工作經驗，並利用一年的時間趁工作之餘準備申請外國的 MBA 課程，成功申請法國頂尖商校「巴黎高等商業研究學院 / HEC」。畢業之後，歐萊雅集團人資部門在 LinkedIn 找到他，面試之後順利進入歐萊雅集團實習並且轉正，繼續在巴黎的歐萊雅工作。
