Just wanted to give a heartfelt from the bottom of my heart to Tamara Hubbard and her advocacy for food allergy families. My son is anaphylactic to multiple foods, and it’s been a stressful adjustment and learning process over the years. Therapy has been so helpful for me to overcome flashbacks and panic attacks so I can be brave for my child. Tamara’s podcast and website normalizes the need for helping allergy families, because everyone could use more support. Nobody should be suffering alone.
A combination of empathy and expertise makes this podcast a must-listen for anyone who wants to better understand the food allergy journey, whether for you or someone you care about.
