Intentional AI and Enterprise Success with Demetri Papazissis
Q: Do you find that clients want an off-the-shelf value-based solution or something more involved and customized, and how do you educate them through that process?
He describes the need for education across large enterprises and mid-market firms, emphasizing that off-the-shelf solutions rarely suffice; success comes from collaborative, multi-layer engagements that align data governance, architecture, and business outcomes, rather than superficial deployments.
Intentional AI and Enterprise Success with Demetri Papazissis
Q: And so thinking about all of this, what was the motivation and the genesis of Superbo in terms of creating a player in this space that is no one's quite sure when things are going to happen and what the shifting terrain is?
Demetri explains that Superbo was built with purpose and intention, avoiding rushed revenue plays, and structured around a four-layer architecture (access, understanding, control, and business outcomes) to deliver measurable value rather than quick gimmicks.
Greater Good Experiences with Sara Cantor
Q: What motivates you to stay in the social design space despite funding challenges and market pressures?
A deep belief in the potential of inclusive design to change real lives, the joy of working with people who care, and a commitment to turning anger about inequity into concrete, scalable action.
Unique Brand Experiences with Barry LaBov
Q: What motivated you originally to write about differentiation?
The goal was to help business leaders who felt they were leaving too much on the table and needed to celebrate and build on what they already do well, while also differentiating to drive sales and employee engagement—an idea that became even more relevant after COVID when turnover surged.
AI and Customer Experience with Hakob Astabatsyan
Q: What role do educators and institutions have in preparing people for an AI-enabled economy?
Educational systems must rethink curricula to upskill for higher-value tasks, cultivate critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and other soft skills that complement AI, and partner with industry to align training with real-world needs.
