  • A great resource for transforming your life!

I've really been enjoying Sundae's pivot on her podcast. Her recent episodes have been so useful in rethinking life and the possibilities we see in front of us. I loved her episodes on sex and connection as well as her episode on racial healing. She has a diverse array of topics that all lead back to helping us navigate a life transition.

  • Best podcast for global mobility & life challenges

Sometimes solo, sometimes with experts from a wide range of fields but always somehow relevant to the changes & transitions life offers up for us. Sometimes mobility specific, sometimes personal development oriented but always entertaining, informative and over too soon. A must listen to!

  • Sundae has a way of presenting that makes you feel like she has been quietly observing your life the whole time. She has incredible insight into the highs and lows of life abroad, both personally and professionally. Every episode I have listened to has been very relatable and if I ever decide to get a life coach, I know who I'm contacting first.

I love post 146. It really helped me to better understand what my kids may experience in their school. I want to make you an observation to be take as an improvement. I noticed when you are interviewing your guests you interrupted when they are talking also there were several times when you explain with your own words what was already explained by her , this is not nice neither kind. I love all your posts. I hope this is taken as a constructive comment.

  • Guest needs more voice

It was disappointing to hear the interviewer interrupt the guest and have more “air time” than the guest.
