Having read everything Tolkien ever since my introduction to his works in college, this series has enticed me from the first hint of its existence. It has not only not disappointed me but has made me want to revisit The Silmarillion for the 5th or 6th rereading (hard to remember exactly at my advanced years)! Glad I’m retired.
Have loved listening to this podcast. I was only a casual Lord if the Rings fan having only seen the movies years ago. Listening to your commentary after each episode of the show has been very insightful and I’m looking forward to rewatching the series and maybe delving into the books. Also really enjoyed all the interviews. Hope you keep this going with commentaries on the movies, books or whatever you like!
