    I love this podcast and it helps me get to sleep but one thing I would like to say is that you donโ€™t post as much as other podcast so I have been listening to the same podcast episode over and over agin. I donโ€™t want to pressure you into working late or getting stressed out because of me but just a little tip. Sometimes you go off a bit so I do just want to check that your ok
