  • Could be better

The podcasts are really short, with half the time spent repeating who they are and what they are selling.. the episodes could be more helpful and substantive and fewer fear mongering rants. I’d like to listen to deep dives about how others are experiencing MX, navigating anti expat sentiment abroad, finding a house that accepts pets and has a yard, explorations on different areas of MX etc.

Mexico's HOTTEST Real Estate Market Revealed | Investing in Mexico
Q: So diving right in, tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into selling real estate in Mexico.
I was born in Guadalajara, moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in my teens, built my career there, and then returned to Mexico to serve the Hispanic community with real estate. I've established a practice that blends experiences from both countries, and I've focused on long-term relationships and referrals.
Why Americans are Choosing Albania for Remote Work
Q: What are the practical implications of working remotely from a country like Albania in terms of visas, work authorization, and taxes?
She outlines that you must be legally employable in your location, may be subject to country-specific payroll setups, and should consider factors like visa status, potential wage adjustments based on local markets, and the importance of transparent conversations with hiring managers about location and tax arrangements.
Why Americans are Choosing Albania for Remote Work
Q: So let's dive in to one of the most common questions that we get from a segment of our audience that are looking to work remotely. Are remote roles really remote, or are they requiring people still to be in a certain country?
Toni explains that many tech startups are moving back to in-office or hybrid models, but there remains a robust pool of fully remote engineering and senior GTM roles. She emphasizes that compelling candidates who can show value and work quality may still secure remote roles, though some companies impose location-based constraints or need to see long-term commitment.

Q: How does the Mindful Success Path model differ from your previous ventures?
The model is designed to be self-contained, scalable, and location-independent, with built-in systems and a focus on personal development and audience-driven products, rather than being tied to a single geography or client base.
