Hay capítulos y temas bastante interesantes. Sin embargo, toca temas sobre sexualidad y religión, que si tener los conocimientos suficientes/necesarios al respecto, esto puede perjudicar al paciente que sea creyente (pero que pueda estar mal instruido en ella). Recomiendo que busques un psicólogo que trabaje con su religión/creencia que sea igual a la tuya, para que puedas recibir una mejor orientación al respecto y sanar lo que necesites.
