  • Can’t wait for this series!

As a girl mom and even just as a woman myself, I’m excited to delve in and learn more about our bodies while also learning the best ways to talk to my now 4 year old daughter about her body as she gets older. I knew nothing when I was young and learned about my Body, puberty and my menstrual cycle thru friends and then eventually the internet. Not all great, informative or empowering information thru those sources. Looking forward to this!
