I love listening to EmotionAL Support Pod. Alessandra is such an authentic human who shares her struggles and vulnerabilities and brings out the same in her variety of interesting guests - while generally keeping the tone fun and upbeat. From motherhood to mental health struggles, I love listening to this pod during my commute.
