Jon is a phenomenal meditation, awakening, and emotional healing teacher! I like to listen to this in a meditative mode and let the words sink into my being.
Thank you, Jon, for your way of bringing love, care and compassion to people. I feel more okayness with my experience just listening to these episodes, and I’m very grateful for that.
I’ve listened to and read many spiritual teachers. Jon Bernie is the real thing. He’s compassionate, loving and he speaks truth. He has no agenda other than helping guide you towards your own truth and happiness.
You might need some context into Jon Bernie's teaching / perspective in order to appreciate this podcast. But if you can drop into it, this can be a very deep and profound listening experience.
Full disclosure: Jon is my uncle. One morning-- this morning-- I woke up with terrible anxiety. I am in the middle of a divorce and the stress has made me grabby for answers and solutions. This morning, I listened to Jon and chose to let go. To sit with myself. To love. To relax. I felt my anxiety melt away as he spoke and breathed. It had a profound impact on my heart, and I felt a great emotional release. I look forward to listening to more and I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough.
