今回は、たえがボクサーの栄養サポートを終え、その結果と考察を報告します。
スポーツ栄養の経験がなかった「たえ」ですが、糖尿病の食事療法で使う食事交換表を応用し、80kcal単位で細かく指導を行いました。イラスト資料を使った説明は分かりやすく、我ながらナイスな選択だったと語ります。

今回は、たえが新たに始めた、知人のボクサーへの栄養サポートについてお届けします。
元々、病院で高齢者や病気の方向けの栄養指導が中心で、スポーツ栄養の経験はほとんどなかった「たえ」。しかし、過去にくみこから受けた「自信がないという意識は自分に向いている。エネルギーを相手に出せ」というアドバイスを思い出し、できることをやろうと指導を引き受けました。
