Musste mir inspiriert durch euer Gespräch zwischendurch Antjes Song „Ich bin wichtig“ anhören. Mein inneres Kind fing an zu hüpfen und freudig zu lachen…es brauchte viel therapeutischer Arbeit und Zuwendung zu meinen verletzten Anteilen um endlich wahrhaftig fühlen zu können: Ja genau „so wie ich bin, bin ich richtig!“ DANKE, eure Arbeit ist so wertvoll!
Gut gemeint, aber es steckt nichts dahinter. Es wird nur rungeeiert und man kommt nicht auf das eigentliche Thema. Gerade die zweit Folge mit ihrem guten Freund vom Verlag. Das ist kein Podcast der etwas taugt. Beide sind immer wieder so krass abgeschweift, sodass das eigentliche Thema immer nur kurz angeschnitten wird. Null zufriedenstellend. Auch das Gendern total unnötig und hört sich nach nem Wortgulasch an, das in den Ohren weh tut.

Besonders die Folge ‚wie gerecht ist Zeit‘ war es wert zu hören, wenn man sich öfter denkt, dass etwas nicht stimmt in unserer Gesellschaft. Als Eltern bekommt man wertvolle Denkanstöße wie man ganzheitlicher und mit mehr Freude zusammenleben kann in Gemeinschaft und mit Zeit.
Selten wird so authentisch, wertschätzend, liebevoll und lebendig über dieses Thema gesprochen. Als selbst in vielerlei Hinsicht Betroffene hat sich diese Folge wie eine warme Umarmung oder Kuscheldecke mit Heißer Schokolade für die Seele angefühlt. Die Idee der Mental Health Vorsorge finde ich großartig…damit ließe sich soviel erreichen auf der persönlichen und gesellschaftlichen Ebene.
