This podcast has been very helpful during my ED recovery process. more
Iâm so grateful that I came across the eating disorder blog podcast because it has been (and still is) extremely helpful in my ed recovery. Although I loved all of the episodes, my favorite one was about âfood guilt and oxymoronsâ. I listened to it when the guilt started to feel overwhelming and immediately after finishing listening to the episode I felt much better. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is recovering from an eating disorder and could use a little motivation and support.... more
